Pomegranate Sparkling Rosé


Makes two 10 oz. glasses 


5 oz. rosé 
1 oz. pomegranate juice 
2 rosemary sprigs 
1 lemon, juiced 
Club soda 


  1. Put rosemary, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a shaker. Muddle, then shake. 

  2. Strain and serve over ice. Add rosé, then top with club soda. 

  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh pomegranate seeds (arils).
